RETURNS POLICY

IN STOCK JEWELLERY

We want you to love your jewellery as much as we do!

If you have ordered jewellery that was currently 'In Stock' from SiR and you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival.

Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Worn jewellery cannot be returned unless defective.

Sale items are a final sale therefore cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to deny a refund. if we feel that the item has not been returned to us in the condition that we originally shipped it to you.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the purchased amount.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Please contact our Returns Department to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before you send your item back to us, providing with it a reason for its return.

MADE TO ORDER JEWELLERY
 

Please be aware we do not offer refunds for 'Change of Mind' purchases on all of our 'Made To Order' items. We do reserve the right to offer you a credit note in such circumstances.

If you have ordered jewellery in the wrong size, please contact us as the jeweller may be able to alter it for you for a small fee. 

A replacement or credit note will be offered on any goods which are faulty.

Goods that have been returned to us, or to the designer, that are not in their original condition will not be offered a credit note or exchange.
